This role reports to the Director of North America Global Services Payment &amp; Experience and supports the interface between BPO partners, Global Services (GS) teams, business partners and suppliers. The Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless, compliant, and user-friendly experience across procurement services. </span></p><p><span>Key Responsibilities </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage Interactions: Oversee all interactions between the AskGS team, GS teams, and business requestors to ensure smooth and effective communication and resolution of queries. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>User/Employee Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to increase user and employee satisfaction, regularly collecting feedback and implementing improvements to the service experience. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Process Updates: Ensure the AskGS team receives timely updates on process changes, and that all supporting documentation and materials are current, accurate, and readily available. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Seamless Experience Coordination: Coordinate with associates to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for all users of Procurement AskGS </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Transition of New Activities: Lead and support the transition of new activities and services to the AskGS team, ensuring readiness and effective knowledge transfer. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. </span></p></li></ul><p><span>Process and Compliance </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Ensure all processes comply with defined standards and policies, maintaining audit readiness and process integrity. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Partner with Service Provider Management to uphold Wipro service provider standards and resolve issues in a timely manner. </span></p></li></ul><p><span>Team Leadership </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing, engaged team. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the team. </span></p></li></ul><p><span>Global Collaboration </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Participate in global projects and strategic initiatives to align processes and share best practices across regions. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Actively interact with the global Procurement AskGS network to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Serve as the training liaison for North America, coordinating training needs and materials for the region. </span></p></li></ul><p><span>Required Qualifications and Skills </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>5&#43; years of experience in procurement, shared services, or a similar operational leadership role. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Proven track record of managing teams and driving user satisfaction in a service delivery environment. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Strong understanding of procurement processes include accounts payable, source to contract activities &amp; supplier/payee management. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Ability to lead change, implement process improvements, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><div><p><span><span>Johnson &amp; Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
