This positionreports to theHead of Software Engineeringandis part of theBeckman Life Sciences Research and Development departmentworking onsite at theLoveland, Colorado location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Drive architectural decisions, technology stackselection, and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Partner with product management, R&D, QA, and regulatory teams to align software solutions with scientific and business needs.
Ensure adherence to life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA,GxP, ISO) and manage cybersecurity and data privacy risks.
The essential requirements of the jobinclude: Expertisein modern software architectures (microservices, cloud-native), DevOps, and data platforms.

This range may bemodifiedin the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
