During this full-time 10-week summer program, you will work on meaningful projects, build business acumen, strengthen your analytical skills, and learn how finance helps drive decisions across a global healthcare company.</p><p></p><p>Interns may support teams in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, Internal Audit, Tax, and other finance functions. Projects may include budgeting, reporting, forecasting, business analysis, process improvement, and special projects that help solve real business challenges.</p><p></p><p>Opportunities are available across Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine, Medical Technology, and Corporate businesses. Internship roles may be based in locations such as New Brunswick and Raritan, NJ; Horsham, Spring House, and West Chester, PA; Jacksonville, FL; Warsaw, IN; Cincinnati, OH; Irvine, CA; Danvers and Raynham, MA; and El Paso, TX/Juarez, MX.</p><p></p><p>This internship is also a strong pipeline into Johnson & Johnson’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a 2.5 year rotational early-career program designed to help future finance leaders grow through hands-on roles, structured learning, and ongoing coaching.</p><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>You are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or fifth-year master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or another business-related field, with an expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.</li><li>You have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.</li><li>Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.</li><li>You are legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualified applicants will be reviewed in early Fall 2026.</b></p><p></p><p>The anticipated base pay for this position is between $25.50/hour and $28/hour, but will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.</p><p></p><p>This position is overtime eligible. </p><p></p><p>Co-Ops/Interns may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. </p><p></p><p>For additional general information on Company benefits, please go to: - <a href="https://www.careers.jnj.com/employee-benefits" target="_blank">https://www.careers.jnj.com/employee-benefits</a></p><p></p><p>Ineligibility for severance.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Required Skills: </b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p>
