The US EPG portfolio includes Pulmonary Hypertension (UPTRAVI®, OPSYNVI®, & OPSUMIT®) and additional brands across Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience and additional areas.Key Responsibilities:This role is responsible for Sales forecasting and providing insights into key business drivers for the Established Product Group (EPG) portfolio specifically Pulmonary Hypertension (UPTRAVI®, OPSYNVI®, & OPSUMIT®) and future EPG portfolio assets.Influencing and shaping financial strategy with cross-functional partners including Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA), and Brand Marketing teams is essential for success. Additional responsibilities include sales consolidations & reporting, support of forecast cycles, quarterly close processes, managing financial risks & opportunities, Investor Relations reporting, Integrated Business Planning, return on investment analysis, and special projects. Strong partnership with extended finance teams, including Gross to Net, Pricing, FP&A and Global Services, will be required.This position is expected to provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups across the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine organization.Qualifications:Education:<ul><li>A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.</li><li>A CPA, CMA or MBA degree is preferred</li></ul>Experience and Skills:Required:<ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience is required</li><li>This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills</li><li>Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, required.</li><li>The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills are required.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.</li><li>The position is based in Titusville, NJ (may require up to 10% domestic travel).</li></ul>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
