Work You'll Do
As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the GPS SAP team, you will be responsible for...
- Lead functional transformation workstreams across strategy, operating model, process, and implementation efforts.
- Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across complex engagements.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and business outcomes.
- Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and decision-making meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coach junior team members, review work products, and drive quality across project deliverables.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 6+ years of experience in business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, or large-scale transformation programs
- 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, deliverables, and junior practitioners
